Consultancy services
Where required, we begin by a conducting a comprehensive study of an organisation's current systems and processes, consulting with staff members and clients as necessary.
Feasibility studies
Often we are asked if a new process is possible. If the process is one with which we are already familiar, we can them give an immediate response. However where this is not the case, we will carry out research, ranging from determining whether the requirement is technically feasible, to evaluating products already available on the market.
Requirements analysis
We work closely with our customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements. For simpler applications this can usually be achieved within a couple of meetings, for more mission-critical, enterprise solutions this could require an ongoing on-site commitment.
Recommendations and proposals
Working with our customers and any third parties we draw on our research and analysis to make our proposals, usually based on one of the following:
